We process our users’ personal data solely within the scope of the applicable data protection rules (GDPR, Swiss FADP). Personal data is collected only when you provide it to us voluntarily as part of an inquiry.

- Contact and inquiry data: name, company, email, phone, project details — when you use the contact form or request a demo.
- Usage and server log data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and device information.

5. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Raidboxes (hosting provider, server location EU/CH). The provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
6. Contact form and CRM
When you contact us through the form, your details are stored so that we can handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions. We use a CRM system (HubSpot in EU) to manage inquiries and client relationships. Processing on our behalf is secured by contract.
7. Cookies and audience measurement
We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest. Optional analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Germany with the competent state data protection authority, in Switzerland with the EDÖB.
