Integration without fear

With Beyonity, your concerns are unfounded.

Every conversation about system integration starts with the same questions. We have heard them all. And answered them all.

Our integration architecture is built to minimize the risk on both sides: yours and ours.

Concern
Our IT team will have to get heavily involved and do development work.
We will have to migrate or transfer our data.
We will lose control over our master data.
It will take months before it is in production.
Our legacy system probably is not supported.
Reality
Standard API keys, no development work. Configured once, it keeps running.
No migration. Beyonity reads live from your system. Your data stays where it belongs.
Read-by-default. Write access only for fields you explicitly release (e.g. returning leads).
1–2 days per integration. Most customers are live within a week.
50+ tested systems. For everything else: an open REST API and a middleware option.

Supported systems

50+ integrations. Out of day-to-day property work, for day-to-day property work.

We have integrated the systems that are in daily use in institutional real estate.

Data into Navigator

Two interfaces. Which one is compatible with your system?

Navigator either fetches the data from you or receives it. Either through a REST API or by file transfer. Which route it takes depends solely on what your system can do.

REST API

The direct route. We query property and unit data from your system, or receive it if your system sends the data by itself. What you maintain on your side appears in Navigator shortly afterwards: availability, price, area, floor, documents.

File transfer by FTP

For systems that export rather than let themselves be queried. We set up the access, your system drops the data as JSON, XML or CSV. Documents can come along, as long as they can be assigned to a unit by their file name.

Event-based integration

If the status of a unit changes on your side, your system reports that event straight to Navigator by webhook, instead of waiting for the next sync run. That is how we make sure the data is realtime.

What we need from you

An ID that stays

Every unit needs an ID that does not change over the whole life of the project. Without a fixed ID, a change cannot be assigned to the right unit.

One status per unit

Ideally this is the status you keep anyway. If your system does not have one, Navigator only shows “available” and “not available”.

All units if possible

Including leased and sold units. If that is not possible on an ongoing basis, we need them at least once at the start of our work together, so that area, number of rooms and floor arrive cleanly.

Documents with an assignment

Ideally as a public link from your system. If the files sit with us, the unit has to be recognizable from the file name.

How the integration works

The integration usually takes no longer than 2 days.

No kick-off workshop, no requirements document. Three steps and it runs.

01

Connect the system

Store an API key or OAuth credential in Beyonity. No code changes on your side, no firewall work for standard systems.

02

Mapping & first run

Beyonity reads in properties, units, availability and prices. You check what has been mapped and adjust it where needed. That usually takes a few hours.

03

Live & automated

From then on, Beyonity synchronizes automatically in the background. A unit becomes available? Live at once. Price adjusted? Active at once. You only maintain data in your own system.

Navigator on your website

A URL of its own for every one of your projects.

How you deliver Navigator decides a great deal about engagement and closing. The difference is large, and it looks like this:

Recommended

Its own domain. Navigator is the project website. The prospect lands directly on the property and goes from there straight into inquiry, reservation and closing. The separate project website, with its upkeep and its cost, is no longer needed.

View louluzern.ch
We advise against this

Embedding Navigator as an iFrame in an existing project website leads in all cases to worse figures for engagement, conversion and closing. It then competes with the header, the footer and the cookie banner for the same attention.

Q1 2027

Navigator SDK

For large customers with a framework agreement: from the first quarter of 2027, individual Navigator components are expected to be usable separately and to be built into existing environments. That makes integration scenarios possible that do not exist today.

Please note: the layout of Navigator is optimized for conversion as a whole. Anyone who takes it apart gives up that advantage. In such cases Beyonity gives no warranty for conversion and closing performance.

Technical guarantees

How we build integration.

API-FIRST

Standard protocols

All integrations are based on REST, GraphQL or established industry formats (RETS, IDEX, OpenImmo). No proprietary adapters, no black-box middleware.

READ-BY-DEFAULT

Your data stays your data

Beyonity reads property and unit data. Write access, for example to return leads or reservations to the ERP, is configured separately and explicitly. Never implicitly.

RESILIENT

No single point of failure

If an integration drops out temporarily, Beyonity carries on with the last known state. On reconnection it synchronizes the delta, with no re-import of the entire holdings.

AUDIT-TRAIL

Full traceability

Every synchronization is logged: what was read and when, which fields changed. For internal compliance and for debugging differences in the data.

SCOPED ACCESS

Only what is needed

Beyonity requests only the permissions needed for the function in question. No full access to clients or accounting modules that we do not need.

Frequently asked questions about integration

What customers also want to know.

We build integrations on request. If a system has a documented API, the effort is manageable. As a rule it takes 2–4 weeks to reach a productive integration. Talk to us, we are happy to look at it together with you.
Every 15 minutes as standard. For time-critical data such as changes in availability (e.g. after a reservation), realtime webhook synchronization can be switched on, and changes are then live within seconds.
Beyonity. Your project manager is our single point of contact. You give us the API access and check the mapping on the first run, we take care of everything else. As a rule your IT team is not involved any further.
At the end of the contract, all synchronized data is deleted from Beyonity systems. Your master data stays exclusively in your source systems: it was there before we came along, and it stays there.
Yes. Granular filter rules (by client, property type, location, status) can be configured directly in the Beyonity dashboard. Nothing ends up in Beyonity that you have not released.
Yes. Beyonity is built for complex institutional portfolios with several companies and company codes. Every client gets its own integration credentials and filter rules, with a central view for portfolio management.

Your system is not on the list?

30 minutes are enough to check whether your system landscape is compatible. As a rule it is.
