As part of this partnership, Beyonity is integrating Homie’s rental security deposit solution directly into HELLO OS, the click-to-contract system for real estate marketing. This makes Homie the exclusive solution for rental security deposit insurance within HELLO OS.

The integration of Homie’s rental security deposit solution into HELLO OS is another key component of our Social Real Commerce approach. The goal is not only to present properties digitally but also to guide people through the entire process: from the first click to the digitally signed lease agreement—and now also when it comes to the rental security deposit. The security deposit must be settled before moving in. If it’s handled directly within the process, the customer has peace of mind, and the property management team can close out the case more quickly.
